Access your benefits enrollment through Paycom using your Columbia Insurance Group employee credentials. Make your selections for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary coverage.
Enroll eligible dependents during this window. You'll need their dates of birth and Social Security numbers. Changes cannot be made outside of open enrollment without a qualifying life event.
Review your elections, confirm your selections, and save your confirmation number. Your new ID cards will arrive 7-10 days before your coverage effective date.
