Review Your Plan Options

Compare the Core, Select, and Premier medical plans side by side. Use the plan comparison tool above or download the full benefits guide.

Log In to Paycom

Access your benefits enrollment through Paycom using your Columbia Insurance Group employee credentials. Make your selections for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary coverage.

Add Dependents If Needed

Enroll eligible dependents during this window. You'll need their dates of birth and Social Security numbers. Changes cannot be made outside of open enrollment without a qualifying life event.

Submit and Confirm

Review your elections, confirm your selections, and save your confirmation number. Your new ID cards will arrive 7-10 days before your coverage effective date.
